Pricing Notice: All prices listed are starting rates. Vehicles, vessels, or properties in excessively dirty condition (including but not limited to heavy pet hair, excessive sand or dirt, stains, mold, mildew, heavy oxidation, or any condition requiring significantly more time or product than a standard service) may require additional charges. Any additional charges will be communicated to you before work begins.
By booking a service with SudBros Mobile Detailing & Ceramic Coating, you agree to the following terms. These terms apply to all bookings regardless of how the appointment was made, including phone, text, form submission, or any other method.
A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled service date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
Scheduled service dates may be subject to change due to weather conditions. Mobile detailing requires dry conditions to ensure the best possible results. SudBros will notify you as early as possible if rescheduling is necessary and will work with you to find an alternative date at no additional cost.
SudBros Mobile Detailing & Ceramic Coating is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle, vessel, or property. This includes but is not limited to scratches, chips, dents, worn trim, cracked plastics, faded paint, or any other condition present prior to the start of service. We recommend you document the condition of your vehicle before service if you have any concerns.
If you believe our team has caused new damage during the course of service, or that the quality of work performed was inadequate, you must bring this to the attention of a SudBros crew member before they leave the job site. We are committed to making things right, but we are unable to accept damage or service quality claims raised after our team has departed. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
SudBros reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service on any vehicle or property that poses a health or safety risk to our crew, including but not limited to extreme biohazard conditions, infestation, or unsafe access situations. In such cases, a partial charge may apply for work already performed.
By paying a deposit, confirming an appointment, or replying to a booking confirmation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
