Upper Queen Anne
Above the counterbalance you get real driveways, but a lot of them are short, angled, and cut into a serious grade. Tuck under garages are common and so are streets where two cars barely pass. None of that stops us. We carry chocks and we work these blocks every week. If your driveway is genuinely a problem we say so before you book, not after we arrive.
Lower Queen Anne & Uptown
Down by Seattle Center it is apartments, building garages, and restricted parking zones. Our rigs are fully self contained, so we do not need your building's water or power and you do not need a manager's approval for utilities. Curbside works, a numbered stall works, a visitor spot works.
Event nights at Climate Pledge and the Center make Lower Queen Anne parking genuinely hard. Tell us your address at booking and we will steer around the schedule.
Why it matters here
Queen Anne sits between Elliott Bay on one side and the Aurora corridor on the other, and cars up here collect from both directions. Salt carries in off the water onto the west facing streets. Traffic film and brake dust drift up from 99 and Mercer onto everything east and south.
Then there is the tree cover. The older residential blocks up top are heavily canopied, so sap in summer and leaf tannin in autumn land on cars that mostly sit outside. Most people wash it and wonder why the paint still feels rough. That is bonded contamination, and washing does not touch it.

A car that lives outside on a city hill takes salt, traffic film, sap, and droppings all year. A ceramic coating gives none of it anything to bond to, so it rinses off instead of etching in. Full machine paint correction is included in every tier, so we fix the paint first, then seal it.
