Give us a stall number and gate or fob access and we handle the rest. Low clearance garages are fine. Many downtown buildings ask for a certificate of insurance before a contractor works on site, and we can send one over the same day. Medina, Clyde Hill, Hunts Point, Yarrow Point and Enatai are the easiest work we do. Real driveways, room to move around the car, and often a garage available if the weather turns. Park it, hand over the keys, and we take it from there.

Do you charge extra to cross the bridge to Bellevue?
No. Bellevue is inside our standard zone with no travel fee and no minimum, and the price is identical to what a Seattle customer pays for the same package. We are on the Eastside seven days a week, so it is not a special trip.
Can you work in my downtown building's garage?
Usually yes. We need a stall number and gate or fob access, and low ceilings are not a problem. Some Bellevue towers require a certificate of insurance from any contractor working on site. We can send one over, so just flag it at booking and we will get it to your building manager before the appointment.
Do you need my water or electricity?
No. Our rigs are fully self contained with water tanks and generators onboard. Nothing connects to your home, your building, or an HOA spigot, which also means you do not need utility permission from anyone.
Is your process safe for a Tesla, Rivian, or other EV?
Yes, and it is a large share of what we detail out here. We hand wash using the two bucket method with clean media on every panel, never automated brushes, and we keep pressure away from charge ports, camera housings, and sensor arrays. Newer EV clear coat is softer than average, which is exactly why process matters more than product on these cars.
My HOA restricts contractor work in the shared lot. Now what?
Tell us at booking and we will work around it. In most Somerset, Lake Hills, and Newport Hills communities we simply detail in your driveway instead. If your association needs paperwork or advance notice, we will provide it rather than showing up and discovering the rule.
My car is covered in pollen and sap. Can you fix that?
Almost always. Pollen washes off if it has not baked in. Sap needs a dedicated solvent and a clay bar, never scraping. If either has sat long enough to leave a mark in the clear coat, that spot needs machine polishing. Send a photo when you book and we will tell you which situation you are in before you pay.
Can you detail my car at the office instead of home?
Yes, and a lot of Bellevue customers prefer it. Give us the building, the lot, and the stall number and your car is finished before you head home. Same price either way.
My lease is up. Can you get it inspection ready?
Yes. Lease returns are mostly an interior problem: stains, odor, and worn plastics are where charges come from. A Deep Interior Detail handles most of it, and if the paint has swirls or scuffs that would flag on inspection, we will tell you honestly whether polishing is worth it against the likely charge.
How long does a detail take?
Most full details take 2 to 4 hours depending on vehicle size and condition. Wash & Wax is quicker, and The Showroom takes longer since it includes machine polishing. We give you a time window when you book.
What about rain?
Rain rarely stops a detail. Interiors are unaffected, and for exterior work we can set up under a canopy or in your garage. If conditions genuinely will not allow quality work, we reschedule at no charge rather than deliver a rushed job.
